  We came from a Methodist background where we were not being fed the word of God. We decided to start visiting baptist churches and when we got to TBC we knew this was where we wanted to be. We have been attending since August 2016, and have learned so much.

  All of the pastor's at TBC are true men of the spirit! Pastor Ralph Sexton Jr. is truly a remarkable man. TBC's teachings are straight out of the bible so you will hear the word of God at this church without any fluff. Since attending TBC I have learned more about the word of God and the teachings of the bible than ever before, in which I'll be forever grateful for! All thanks to divine intervention, God's grace, the leadership and guidance that TBC offers, and pastor Ralph's (and TBC's associate pastor's) fortitude to stay the course regarding the word of God, despite the many distractions of today's World! (Equally so, associate pastor Doug Guy's teachings on the word of God are beyond brilliant, luminous, meritorious, and clearly the holy spirit radiates from within him, in which both his biblical and life lessons are invaluable beyond words!)

  If I lived close to Asheville this would be my home church! I listen every morning at 8am when ever I'm able. The best sermon I've ever heard came from this pastor, titled, THE POWER OFONE
  What a blessing you all have to be able to attend regularly with this man who LOVES God! The people who work behind the scenes answering the phones and to the one who always sends the cd's. You lift up my heart to clap it's hands in joy! :)
